S.NO	:	Description

1	:	Grease to be filled or checked once in 30 days. Filling the grease through grease Nipple is not sufficient. Therefore you can open the Flange cover of Bearing Block, fill - up by hand fully and refit the flange properly. The grease should be Graphite Black Grease Moloygrafh R.B.

2	:	Hammers can be replaced by removing two lock rings on Rotor and take out the Hammers. New Hammers to be fixed by balancing only otherwise lot of vibration will be created. All the Hammers after welding are to be even weight to avoid vibrations.

3	:	All Bolts & Nuts to be checked once in 15 days

4	:	Balloons (Cloth Bags) to be cleaned by tapping with a stick slowly. Do not waste the Bags in water. If you put the bags in Water all the air holes will be blocked and production will be affected.

5	:	You should not overload the Machine, therefore an Amps meter is a must, to avoid over loading. You should not start the machine with overload in main chamber. Chamber can be cleaned by opening the Doors of the chamber. Frequent overloading being a waste of time. Whizer can be adjusted as per your requirement. Do not forget to tighten the Clamp bolts. Otherwise this will damage the shaft or castings

6	:	Check up the alignment between drive pulley and motor pulley.

7	:	The Hot air produced by the Chamber, while grinding should go out freely to keep the Chamber cool, therefore grinding will be improved. Hence we suggest very Big Balloons to be fitted on top, of the cyclone and top of the dust collector. Do not use Polythene bags or HDPE bags in discharge end of the cyclone or dust collector. Use any Gada Cloth.

8	:	Wherever holes are provided in the automatic system of the machine, oil should be poured (few drops) by using an oil can.

9	:	All spare parts are Available

10	:	You cannot grind Quartz & Feldspar in the machine

11	:	RPM of the machine should not exceed more than the instruction given in our pro forma.

12	:	This Machine is suitable for Dry grinding only.

Our standard supply does not include for any items not mentioned in the following specification and in particular excludes the following.

Electric Motor, Starter, Main Switch, Ampere meter, Capacitor, Slide Rails, Foundation Bolts, Motor-V-Pulley, Cotton Dust Bags & Balloons, V-Belts and Bolt Nuts & Dust Collector Angles.
